The Big Event
Giving back to those who need help is what The Big Event is all about.
The Student Government Association (SGA) hosts The Big Event and is the single largest community service project that takes place at Monmouth University every year. Every fall, approximately 400 to 500 members of the Monmouth University community sign up to be a volunteer at one of the 30 to 35 Big Event work sites in the towns that surround campus. Winter Ball
The annual semi-formal dance you don’t want to miss.
Winter Ball is a yearly spectacle hosted by Monmouth’s Residence Hall Association (RHA) and Student Activities Board (SAB). This is a great night to dress up with your favorite people and enjoy a festive night at the most prominent building on Monmouth’s campus, The Great Hall.
Culture Fest
A celebration of different cultures and traditions.
Culture Fest is an event led by our Student Activities Board (SAB) with the help of multiple clubs and organizations that embraces culture with dancing, delicious food, and cultural showcases.
Ebony Night
A night dedicated to highlighting and unifying black culture on campus.
Ebony Night hosted by The Black Student Union (BSU) is a night students, faculty and staff dressed elegantly to participate in a night of awards, red carpet experience, music and step performances, buffet-styled food, and prize giveaways.
