BCBA Roundtable

Behavior Analyst Certification Board Logo

The BCBA Roundtable is a professional development community comprised of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who actively provide behavior consultation, training, and assessment in New Jersey public schools. The members of this organization seek to enhance the role of the BCBA in schools through professional collaboration on ethically sound behavior analytic practices, dissemination of peer-reviewed research for applied settings, and integration of scientifically-based interventions in classrooms. Monmouth University is a verified Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider Organization by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board; members of the BCBA Roundtable earn Type 2 continuing education credits for each professional development event.

“Rest Easy: Learning Skills to Help Someone Fall Asleep and Stay Asleep”—Presented by Jillian DeTiberiis, M.A., BCBA

ACE Credits: 2 Learning CEUs

Jilian Planer DeTiberiis is the clinical director of Graham Behavior Services and adjunct faculty at Monmouth University. DeTiberiis is the resident sleep expert at GBS! She has worked in the area of sleeping skills for over six years, has received specialized training from FTF Consulting, and is a certified sleep science coach. DeTiberiis has presented on the topic of sleep multiple times at NJABA and Autism NJ.

This workshop will present a Tri-State Webinar developed by the Colorado Department of Education; the content was developed via federal funding from the Federal Department of Education. The speakers are catatonia experts, Ruth Aspy, Ph.D. and Barry G. Grossman, Ph.D. from The Ziggurat Group. Mary Haspel will facilitate discussion around the information presented with in the webinar series to foster a deeper understanding of Catatonia and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
