Pollak Theatre, located in Howard Hall, is home to a variety of performing art events throughout the year. You can catch live theater performances, MET Opera viewings, and other programs offered by our Center for the Arts, one of the University’s many Centers of Distinction.
The facility is also available for external events, including seminars and workshops, dance performances, and speaker series, to name a few.
Pollak Theatre Auditorium is our largest theater space on campus, holding up to 714 attendees. It is also equipped with a state-of-the-art sound and light system, including a professional production booth and a drop-down screen. A VIP room is available to serve as a green room for performers or as a “home base” for your conference or seminar. Pollak Gallery is located directly outside of the auditorium and can be used as reception or back-of-house space. In addition, there are two classrooms located off the Pollak Gallery that can be utilized as breakout space or backstage space for performers.
