Monmouth University entrepreneurship students have teamed up with Green-RG to help launch its lighting and technology products into the New Jersey marketplace. A “Bright Ideas!” presentation on the future of LED lighting will be held on December 3 at 7 p.m. in Wilson Hall at Monmouth University. Refreshments will be served before the program at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Students from Professor John Buzza’s Entrepreneurship class have worked as a team to develop a Web site, capture new target markets, and strengthen the sales plan for the company.
Green-RG, located in North Arlington, NJ, provides innovative, world-class LED lighting products at factory-direct prices to a wide range of commercial and industrial clients. By maximizing the use of innovative techniques, Green-RG is able to create a rich and scalable solution that provides a great investment value for their customers. The LED lighting products feature no mercury, a longer life, less maintenance, and less waste. Current projects include Lincoln Tunnel, high rise developments in New York, and residential developments in Long Island City.
