It has been rewarding beyond description,” said President Gaffney. “Monmouth has been served well over the last 30 years by presidents who rotate approximately every ten years. Now, while the University is thriving, is the best time to search for a new leader and then introduce new ideas.”

His visionary and unifying leadership has taken Monmouth University to the next level. Today, Monmouth University is recognized as one of the best universities in the nation,” stated Robert B.
