A fan can win a motorcycle ride with the Boss at the Jersey Shore, after which he'll give you his 2000 JPB Confederado motorcycle. The package is up for auction on Charitybuzz.com, and proceeds will benefit the Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music at Monmouth University in West Long Branch.
The winner must have a motorcycle license.
“Your winning bid also includes an extraordinary experience: a private ride with Bruce along the storied coastlines that have shaped his life and music,” states the auction description. “Whether you're a lifelong fan, a passionate collector or a connoisseur of Americana, this package blends authenticity, artistry and adventure in a way only Springsteen can.”
The experience “cannot be resold or re-auctioned” and “decorum and adherence to all rules and guidelines are a must,” according to Charitybuzz.

Springsteen is an avid motorcyclist who is sometimes in the news for his rides at the Jersey Shore and beyond. In 2016, Springsteen’s motorcycle, a Moto Guzzi from Billy Joel’s 20th Century Cycles on Long Island, broke down in Wall. Three bikers from Freehold stopped to help him.
Springsteen rode a motorcycle on stage at the 2007 inaugural “Stand Up for Heroes” veterans' benefit in New York City, and auctioned off the bike for the cause.
The Springsteen Archives, currently located in a house on the Monmouth University campus, preserves and promotes the legacy of Springsteen and his role in American music while honoring and celebrating American greats like Woody Guthrie, Robert Johnson, Hank Williams, Frank Sinatra and more.
A new home for the Springsteen Archives is under construction and expected to open on campus in 2026.
The Archives also presents local programs and music performances, including the second annual Move on Up! A Gospel Sing-Off, which will take place 2 p.m. Saturday, May 10, in the Pollak Theatre on the campus of Monmouth. The winning New Jersey choir will receive a $10,000 cash prize for the benefit of the ensemble.
Before then, Springsteen will be on stage Saturday, April 26, as the Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music bestows Smokey Robinson, John Fogerty, Emmylou Harris, Tom Morello, and Joe Ely with American Music Honors awards at the Pollak Theatre.
