Dr. Christine Hatchard, assistant professor of psychology and director of the Clinical Psychology Research Center, has received a highly selective award from the American Psychological Association (APA). She won a 2015 Early Career Achievement Award from the APA. The award is for early career psychologists (within 10 years of receiving their doctorate) from all areas of psychology (education, practice, public interest and science). Winners were chosen “from an extraordinary pool of candidates based on their achievements and demonstration of astute leadership in the field of psychology.”
