Whether looking to train, exercise, or just take a load off, campus goers will find an assortment of options in this athletic facility.

The Fitness Center includes weight-lifting stations, treadmills, stationary bikes, and cross trainers.

The Richard E. Steadman Natatorium houses the home-game pool for the men’s and women’s swimming teams. When it’s not in use by the Hawks, the pool is available to members of the Fitness Center.

The Ciniello Family Bowling Center serves as the practice facility for the women’s bowling team—its four lanes are also available for intramural and recreational play.

History

The building also includes Boylan Gym, the former home court for Monmouth’s basketball program from 1965 to 2009.
