Participants in this interactive session are invited to explore the ways in which effective listening can contribute to personal and professional success. Participants will be asked to carefully consider claims for the critical importance of listening, factors that may prevent effective listening, and identify steps they can take to improve their listening skills now and for life after Monmouth.
