Congratulations to Esosa Ruffin on her new role as Graduate Fellow for the New Jersey Office of Higher Education, where she writes internal policy memos, analyzes pending legislation and policy proposals, and coordinates outreach to colleges and universities.
Esosa majored in Political Science, with minors in Legal Studies and Statistics. While at Monmouth, she served as Chief Justice and Director of Special Funding of the Student Government Association, was Chapter President of the Tau Eta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Esosa was also involved as a Peer Counselor for the 2022 Cohort of the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program and worked as an Intern at the Washington Center for the Spring 2020 semester.
