Teacher of Students with Disabilities

Broaden your skill set to help all students achieve their highest potential by pursuing a Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TSD) M.S.Ed. or TSD endorsement at Monmouth University.

Designed specifically for certified general education teachers, you will be well prepared to address the learning, language, and social needs of a diverse population of students, from preschool to high school, through comprehensive theoretical and practical hands-on experiences.

With a mixture of online synchronous and online asynchronous courses that allow for flexibility, you will receive the personalized attention Monmouth is known for throughout your time in the program, and emerge fully prepared to establish a fulfilling career as a Special Education educator.

To be eligible for admission consideration, applicants must hold a Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS), Provisional, or Standard NJ instructional certificate.

This program meets the requirements needed for a New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities Endorsement.
