In order to complete the Private Alternative Loan application process, you will need to complete a self-certification form; to complete the form you will need to know your total cost of attendance and your total financial aid package, and links to this information are provided below. The completed form must be printed on white paper with black ink and faxed or mailed to the private alternative loan lender of your choice.
