Mr. Cao Goes To Washington follows Representative Joseph Cao through his term in Congress as he navigates the realities of political culture in the South and the partisan power struggles of Washington, D.C.  The only Republican to vote for President Obama’s Health Care Reform Bill, Cao struggles to keep his idealism in tact while balancing his personal and professional priorities. 

There will be a Q & A with the filmmaker following the screening.
