Description: Transitioning into a student organization executive board position can be stressful. Attending one of the Leading the Monmouth Way programs will provide new officers with the skills to hit the ground running once they officially adopt leadership roles. Refreshments will be served. *We encourage orgs to facilitate elections for the following academic year by the week following spring break.
