Sculpt your abs, legs, and butt with this moderate-intensity level class focusing on basic body weight movements such as squats and lunges. Work your core with planks, crunches, and other exercises for a total lower body/core workout.
These group sessions will help connect students to one another in dialogue about key issues to help you succeed at Monmouth, and beyond. They feature peer-to-peer listening, advice, and resources catered for historically underrepresented (People of Color, LGBTQIA+ , international, low-income, first-gen) students. Lunch will be served!
