Gallery Exhibition: Anthony Migliaccio
Pollak GalleryEstablished printmaker and painter, New Jersey native Anthony Migliaccio has been exhibiting his work since the 1970’s. Today his paintings and prints are in collections internationally, and his painting excursions have taken him to scenic locations throughout the world. His work has been exhibited at prestigious venues such as the Salmagundi Club, the National Arts Club, the Noyes Museum, and several galleries, colleges and universities throughout the tri-state area. Opening Reception: October 24, 6-8 pm
Gallery Exhibition – Evelyn Leavens Retrospective 1924 – 2013
Joan and Robert Rechnitz HallA life long Red Bank resident, Evelyn Leavens’ work has been shown at City Without Walls, Aljira, Tweeds, Summit Art Center and the Morris State Museum. Leavens book of drawings “Boswells’ Life of Boswell” was published in 1958 and became #2 on The New York Times children’s best seller list. Primarily self taught, she attended the Vermont Studio Center and studied with Malcolm Morley, Archie Rand and Niel Welliver. This exhibition will include works from throughout the artist’s life. Opening Reception: Fri. November 14, 7 – 9 pm

National Theatre of London: JOHN
Pollak TheatreInternationally renowned DV8 Physical Theatre bring their powerful new production to the National Theatre. The company’s new production, JOHN, authentically depicts real-life stories, combining movement and spoken word to create an intense and moving theatrical experience. Lloyd Newson, DV8’s Artistic Director, interviewed more than 50 men asking them frank questions, initially about love and sex. One of those men was John. What emerged was a story that is both extraordinary and touching.
