This exhibition is comprised of nine artists: Steve Smalley, Henry Pinardi, Brenda Atwood Pinardi, John Stevens, Suzanne Howes-Stevens, Candace Walters, Bob Stein, Robert Cumming, and Vincent DiMattio; who all have strong personal ties related to Massachusetts.

My No-Man’s Land, an exhibition by Zaun Lee, highlights the raw senses of emotions. The exhibit depicts a journey into a transitional dynamic of one’s own understanding of internal logic of senses in decomposed narratives.
In 1998, University of Wyoming student Matthew Shepard was murdered near the outskirts of Laramie. The ensuing investigation led to the conclusion that he had been tortured because he was gay. Reaction to the event led members of the Tectonic Theatre Project to conduct hundreds of interviews with inhabitants of Laramie and turn their comments and thoughts, combined with news reports, into a play which has been performed across the nation and was made into a 2002 HBO film.

Her poems have appeared in American Poetry Review, The Best American Poetry, FIELD, The Kenyon Review, The Southern Review, and elsewhere. Her creative nonfiction appears or is forthcoming in At Length, Better, The Southern Review, and elsewhere. She’s received fellowships in poetry from Yaddo and the National Endowment for the Arts, and she teaches creative writing in Pacific University’s Master of Fine Arts in Writing program.
