Dr. Thomas Carey is a retired New York City Police Detective Sergeant. His assignments included Course Manager of the Chief of Organized Crime Control Bureau and the NY/NJ HIDTA Training units, Narcotics: U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency Task Force, Legal Bureau and Police Academy Instructor. Dr. Carey is also a retired Operations and Intelligence Sergeant Major serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
