Michael Cronin earned his M.S. at Columbia University. He earned his Ph.D. from Yeshiva University. He is also a volunteer with the American Red Cross in Greater New York

Cronin’s research interests and publications are in international social work, health care and social policy, disaster management, social gerontology, international humanitarian law, cultural competence, and diversity.
