Mondschein is a Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience in a variety of business partner and leadership development positions. Her areas of expertise include implementing HR processes, training and development, employee relations, recruiting, and coaching managers.

Prior to starting her own consulting company in 2014, Professor Mondschein’s previous work experience includes managing company succession plans and leadership development programs, successfully coaching managers towards results driven leadership that inspires employees, partnering with the business units on challenging HR issues and facilitating leadership training at all levels of the organization. She has worked as an HR Professional in various industries including the flavors and fragrances industry, apparel, utilities, and medical device manufacturing.
