Bob Boyd is a percussion instructor, studio musician, and active player. In addition to playing with his own groups, he is an original member of the Holiday Express, the musical organization that performs during the holiday season for those less fortunate. With Holiday Express, he has backed Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Rob Thomas, Cyndi Lauper, and many more. Bob studied under the tutelage of legendary studio drummer Bernard Purdie, whom he continues to collaborate with on various projects.
