Responsibilities include: Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) including the hiring, training and supervision of PAL Leaders and Team Leaders in partnership with PAL Faculty; training and support resources; and assessment.

Additional responsibilities include Hawk Family Network (parent communication platform); College Success Index (CSI); and General Education Assessment support.
