This 54-credit cohort-based Doctor of Educational Leadership program is intended to provide doctoral candidates with new ways of thinking and reflecting about school change so you can become leaders in educational innovation.

The fully online Principal/Supervisor/School Administrator program (35 credits) is designed for teachers or other educational professionals seeking to become school principals and central office administrators.

The Principal/Supervisor program (32 credits) is a fully online program designed for teachers and other education professionals seeking to become school principals.

The 60-credit graduate program in School Counseling is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Program (CACREP) and prepares students to work as student advocates across P-12 environments.

Through a counselor education framework established by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Program (CACREP) standards, the 60-credit graduate program in Student Affairs and College Counseling is designed to prepare student affairs practitioners as educators, counselors, and administrators.

Monmouth offers a Director of School Counseling endorsement that is designed for students interested in becoming student services administrators.

The Post Master’s Endorsement: Supervisor program is designed for teachers or other educational professionals seeking to become school principals and central office administrators.

The Student Assistance Coordinator (SAC) endorsement program is intended for candidates who want to be certified as student assistance coordinators. SACs work with students in many New Jersey school districts to address substance abuse issues, social and emotional issues, and behavioral problems.
