The Computer Science Minor offers students a solid introduction to computer science that helps them develop critical thinking and problem solving skills, acquire object-oriented coding and debugging proficiencies, and work with software engineering concepts and/or computer architecture.

The Cybersecurity minor introduces students to information and network security and their related issues through the fundamental principles of securing software systems and networks, hacking techniques, cryptography, and secure cloud computing. Students will gain an understanding of threat assessment, detection techniques, and countermeasure security threats.

The Data Science minor provides students from all majors and programs with a strong foundation in data science, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Students will gain an understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and ethics, while exploring cutting-edge topics and tools, and hands-on experience in developing applications across various domains.

The Information Technology Minor provides students with essential proficiencies to help maximize their technological fluency.
