This form must be completed by all interested parties seeking to host a private social function (wedding, bat/bar mitzvah, bris, other celebration). Please be sure to include detailed information about your event.
A member of the Conference Services and Special Events team will be in touch with you to review your request for availability and feasibility given the University calendar. Please allow up to five business days to review an event application due to the volume of applications we receive. Please note that we only take bookings up to 18 months prior to the event date.
