The Leon Hess Business School encourages students to participate in career-related activities as part of their preparation for “life after Monmouth.” Different activities ranging from community-centric to career preparedness are offered through the Dean’s Office and student organizations within the Business School. Community outreach projects allow students to utilize classroom learning while honing their knowledge and skills through practical applications that offer measurable outcomes. Career preparedness events are geared toward bridging the gap between academia and business expectations. Through Student Voice, business students are encouraged to provide ideas and recommendations that could enhance professional learning, making our students an integral part of the development of various initiatives.
