PROFILE: Victoria joined Monmouth University in June 2005, bringing with her over ten years’ experience in higher education. After spending her first 9 years in England, she moved to the U.S. with her parents and brother, settling in Connecticut. She loves to garden, travel, play Roblox with her daughter, and spend time with her close and extended family. She loves residing at the Jersey Shore and cannot imagine living in a more amazing place!

PROFILE: A native of Monmouth County, Patrick joined the Office of Undergraduate Admission in July of 2005 with almost five years of experience in higher education. An avid sports fan, it is difficult to find a sporting event that won’t capture his attention. Patrick also enjoys taking advantage of Monmouth University’s proximity to the beach, where you will find him fishing or enjoying a sunny day.

PROFILE: Liz began working in higher education in 2010 and joined the Office of Undergraduate Admission at Monmouth in February of 2018. She earned a Bachelor of Music in Composition from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, and recently completed Monmouth’s Master of Science in Education – Student Affairs and College Counseling program. In her spare time, she enjoys playing piano, watching football and spending time on the beach with her husband, daughter and chihuahua-terrier.

PROFILE: Emma was raised in Long Branch, NJ. She graduated from Monmouth in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in communication. At Monmouth, Emma joined Zeta Tau Alpha. She is an active member of her community and enjoys paint balling, fishing, biking with her son, and playing with her daughters.

PROFILE: Ebony graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2018. She is excited to join Monmouth’s Office of Undergraduate Admission where she can follow her passion of helping students gain access to higher education. In her free time, you can catch her listening to 90’s R&B, drinking tea, and eating various potato dishes!

PROFILE: Caroline graduated from Monmouth University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in business marketing with a minor in leadership communication. She has always called Maryland home, but West Long Branch has quickly become a second home. In her four years at Monmouth, Caroline was a lead student ambassador, a member of the MU Women’s Club Soccer Team, as well as an active member of her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi, serving as VP of Membership Recruitment. In her free time, you can find her drinking coffee, taking walks (with a coffee in hand), and listening to country music.

PROFILE: Melanie graduated from The College of New Jersey in May of 2023 with a Bachelor’s of Music and a specialization in Music Education. During her undergraduate years at TCNJ Melanie served as the Executive Board Latin-X Awareness Chair and President of Union Latina, participated as a Bonner Scholar, played on a co-ed soccer intermural team, and performed in the TCNJ Chorale. In her spare time, you will find Melanie playing her guitar or listening to music, eating at her favorite food spots, reading a book, or hanging out with her friends and family

PROFILE: Sean graduated from the University of Delaware in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. During his time in college, he served in many positions within his fraternity, including as Vice President. He continues to support them in an advisory role. A native New Yorker, Sean enjoys going out in the city as well as supporting his favorite New York sports teams, especially the Rangers.

PROFILE: Rowan graduated from Monmouth University in 2022 with a Bachelor of the Arts in History and Elementary Education. She was born and raised in Monmouth County and commuted throughout her four years at Monmouth. Rowan held many leadership roles during her undergraduate career, she was in charge of Phi Eta Sigma, Honors Student Association, and Muslim Student Association. She has also presented her research at numerous conferences and was the recipient of the Brian Greenberg Social Justice Award (2022) and the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Honors (2022). In her free time, Rowan enjoys trying out new restaurants, playing video games, and listening to audiobooks.

PROFILE: Carly graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2022. She was born and raised in New Jersey and has always been proud to call this state her home. She is eager to join Monmouth’s Office of Undergraduate Admission, where she can follow her passion to help future leaders reach their full potential by providing support and guidance. PROFILE: Anne joined the Office of Undergraduate Admission in September 2019 after nearly 20 years in the corporate and non-profit world. Having worked as an office of admission work study student for four years as an undergrad, and an admission counselor for two years for her alma mater, Anne is excited to return to her roots in admissions and is proud to be a part of the Monmouth University team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time on the beach with her husband, two young children, and their rescue dog CC (names after Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band saxophonist, Clarence Clemons).

PROFILE: Sam graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing in Spring 2022. Sam is now a full time resident of Highlands, NJ but still holds onto his Maryland roots with his love for seafood and the Baltimore Orioles. In his time at Monmouth, Sam stayed very active in the Monmouth University community being a part of marketing club, club baseball, Greek Senate, and an active member of his fraternity, Tau Delta Phi, serving as both recruitment chair and President in his time. When Sam is not at work, you can find him watching sports (especially baseball), working out, or enjoying the many things the Jersey Shore has to offer.

Debbie Seals
Assistant to the Office of Undergraduate Admission
COLLEGE: Monmouth College (B.S.)
HIGH SCHOOL: Red Bank Catholic High School, Red Bank, NJ
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Organizing and managing the travel schedules and expense records of undergraduate admission. Processing housing and parking forms and deposits. Assisting with tours and group visits.
PROFILE: After graduating in 1975 from Monmouth College with a bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Debbie worked at Jersey Shore Medical Center, and along with her husband (Monmouth Class of ’83!), raised two daughters. Following her love of Disney, she also worked for the Walt Disney Company as a store manager at The Disney Store. She brought her skills of customer service to her present job working with prospective students and families. Debbie feels being on staff here has been a rewarding way of promoting the school from which she learned, using her own knowledge and life experiences to help others achieve their goals.
