Page & Document Titles | Digital Accessibility

Web pages and documents must have a title, which should be short and relate to the content on the page. The title will be the first thing that a screen reader reads aloud.

Web Pages

Web page titles are set in WordPress at the top of the content editor. Example:

PDFs

PDF titles can be edited by opening the PDF and then selecting File > Permissions, from there edit the Title field.
