ONE FAMILY’S JOURNEY FROM THE CHAOS OF SCHIZOPHRENIA TO HOPE

Monmouth University and the Shore House will present a book reading and signing by Randye Kaye on March 4 at 4 p.m. in Wilson Hall. The event is free and open to the public.  Reservations are recommended by emailing susan@shoreclubhouse.org.

Randye Kaye is the author of “Ben Behind His Voices: One Family’s Journey from the Chaos of Schizophrenia to Hope,” a memoir of her experience with the onset of schizophrenia in one of her children, and the hopeful road to recovery. Randye speaks frequently to groups of families, providers, and legislators regarding the family experience when mental illness hits.  She is also Family-to-Family teacher/trainer for the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and diversity trainer with the Anti-Defamation League.
