Scholarship and Research Interests
Joelle’s research focuses on biological mothers’ experiences with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, parenting, and clinical topics in Social Work. As she has developed Monmouth’s relationship with faculty and students of KatHo University in Germany a new area of scholarship interest includes global mental health and the experiences of clinical social work students in Germany.
