  • Student Help Desk

    The Student Technology Assistant Program (STAP) maintains a Student Help Desk on the second floor of Edison Hall, outside of the Information Management department (IM 201). The Student Help Desk is prepared to assist Monmouth University students with a variety of services. Students can receive assistance with cleaning viruses from their personal machines, connecting to the MU network, webpage and webquest creation and a variety of software packages used at the University.

    To request services from the Student Help Desk:

    1. Call the University Help Desk at 732-923-HELP (4357)  to request an appointment
    2. Stop by the Student Help Desk on the second floor of Edison Hall, outside of the Information Management department (IM 201).

    Please check the schedule for the days and times when a Help Desk Specialist is available.
