We are pleased to announce to you the transition of the Employee Assistance Program with Work/Life Benefits to Barnabas Health Management Services effective August 1, 2011. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides our full-time employees and their family members living in their household assistance with matters such as stress, depression, grief issues, and alcohol and drug abuse. The Work/Life Benefit provides additional resources to help in finding access to healthcare, childcare, eldercare, financial matters, legal concerns, or even pet care.

The Central Access Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to receive calls from those seeking EAP Services. The caller will immediately connect to a mental health or substance abuse specialist who will assist in selecting a provider from our nationwide network.
