System Status Updates

  • Information Management has been informed of several incidents of phone calls asking about the printers in their offices. The caller was requesting the brand and model number of the printers in the office. The phone numbers were blocked or restricted. Please do not give out any information about the printers in your office. Have them call Information Management Helpdesk 732-923-4357.
    If you have given information or get a package, please call the Helpdesk. Typically these calls precede printer supplies being delivered at considerably higher than retail rates.
  • Office 365 on a MAC. We are working with Microsoft to resolve an issue that some students are experiencing while attempting to install Office 365 on a MAC.
