System Status Updates

  • Ecampus is currently experiencing an error with student accounts being unable to download files. If you are experiencing this error please submit a ticket to Helpdesk@monmouth.edu.
  • Please be advised that today, October 30th, during the hours of approximately 10:00 AM until 2:15 PM, eCampus users were unable to upload any kind of file (MS Word, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.) into the Content area of eCampus. Students, as well, could not upload files into the eCampus Dropbox area during this same time period. Please be aware that this may have impacted assignments that were due during this time.

    This error has now been resolved and all users should be able to upload content in eCampus.

  • Office 365 on a MAC. We are working with Microsoft to resolve an issue that some students are experiencing while attempting to install Office 365 on a MAC.
